My venue allowed open bar, however, we could only serve out of kegs, no beer bottles or cans, so we got the cups to add more of a nicer detail and it was an amazing decision we made. Everyone loved our cups and they were also a nice little souvenir. We had over 400 people and ordered 1,000 black with white lettering 12 oz. cups which was more than enough.

I've place a few orders with Totally Promotional for can coolers. They are hands-down the best quality can coolers I've ever purchased, and the price is unbeatable. I look forward to doing more business with them in the future.
The ordering process seemed easy enough and the prices were decent. When the item arrived it was packed poorly causing some damage to the product. Even without the damaged side, the cups are flimsy, low quality and look dirty or used. I would not feel comfortable giving this to my wonderful volunteers who give so many of their hours of free time here at the animal shelter. It looks like I bought them at a thrift store. Now I have to take the time (during Christmas) to go to the post office, pay the shipping for a huge box (they refuse to pay for it), then a MAY get my money back with a 10% "restocking" fee... I'm so disappointed with this experience. I've gotten nothing but excuses and empty apologies for money and time wasted.
I ordered custom made cups for my cousin's wedding in August. Her younger sister is getting married in January so I HAD to do the same for her. I was highly pleased both times. They gave them to all of those who had something to do with the wedding. I'll be back for more when something else comes up.
